Job Summary

The Implementation Specialist (IS) is a Full-Time position that reports to the Associate Director, Technology Implementation. The IS manages data integrations between our products and outside vendors (often call center / opt-in partners). The IS also configures/deploys reports and visual dashboards on for internal and external users. The IS collaborates across teams to define custom product requirements and understand project-specific challenges to develop solutions and mitigate risks.

  • Demonstrates the mission, vision, values and culture principles of Blue Chip/Continuum Clinical
  • Manages standard data integrations with outside vendors, ensuring streamlined data capture into the system (eg,
  • Deploys / configures project-specific reports and dashboards within based on project requirements
  • Manages all standard product implementation activities related to patient engagement / opt-in services including development and validation of pre-screeners, referral tracker, and other related technology products. Engages subject matter experts where appropriate (eg, clinical expertise)
  • Thinks creatively and collaborates with others to define project-specific requirements, document business, functional, reporting, integration, and testing requirements that meet the project goal without sacrificing overall product integrity
  • Understands and advocates for quality data practices
  • Collaborates with others to identify potential project-related risks, works with team members to identify solutions and mitigate risks
  • Resolves project-related conflict through effective education and understanding of stakeholder needs and priorities
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop data integration and implementation timelines
  • For vendors, which are managed by the Implementation Specialist team, establishes and approves SOW and invoices for services provided
  • Communicates with Client as needed to provide clarification of product and system.
  • Maintains instruction guides for product users
  • Leads employee training of product; plays a supportive role in training of external users
  • Effectively manages multiple projects at once, using strong organizational skills and focused and accurate attention to detail
  • Maintains a collaborative work style to encourage maximum contribution from all team members
  • Complies with all corporate and departmental standard operating procedures as well as FDA and other governmental regulations (e.g., IRB, EC)
  • Ensures all activities and operations are performed in compliance with regulatory and federal regulations
  • Responsible for maintaining up to date weekly time tracking, per the Agency’s time tracking policy
  • Based on client and internal project demands, additional duties may be assigned

Education, Experience and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years’ experience in web technologies specifically in marketing industry preferred 
  • Background in CRM required 
    • Direct experience with is a preferred
  • High level knowledge of software as a service (SAAS) strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of web technologies 
  • General understanding of functional requirements preferred
  • Working knowledge of analytics and performance reporting tools (i.e., SalesForce, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience in lead generation programs preferred
  • Experience working in metrics- and performance-driven environments preferred
