Job Summary:
The Senior Implementation Specialist (SIS) is a Full-Time position that reports to the Associate Director, Technology Implementation. The SIS manages standard and complex data integrations between our products and outside vendors (often call center / opt-in partners). The SIS also configures/deploys reports and visual dashboards on for internal and external users. The SIS leads team discussions to define custom product requirements. This position works cross-functionally to understand project-specific challenges to develop solutions and mitigate risks.

  • Demonstrates the mission, vision, values and culture principles of Blue Chip/Continuum Clinical
  • Manage standard and complex data integrations with outside vendors, ensuring streamlined data capture into the system (eg,
  • Deploy / configure project-specific reports and dashboards within based on project requirements
  • Manage all standard and complex product implementation activities related to patient engagement / opt-in services including development and validation of pre-screeners, referral tracker, and other related technology products. Engages subject matter experts where appropriate (eg, clinical expertise)
  • Think creatively and defines project-specific requirements, documents business, functional, reporting, integration, and testing requirements that meet the project goal without sacrificing overall product integrity
  • Proactively identify potential project-related risks, independently recommend solutions and collaborate with teams to mitigate risks
  • Resolve project-related conflict through effective education and understanding of stakeholder needs and priorities
  • For vendors, which are managed by the Implementation Specialist team, establishes and approves SOW and invoices for services provided
  • Communicate with Client as needed to provide clarification of product and system
  • Develop instruction guides for product users
  • Lead employee training of product; play a supportive role in training of external users
  • Successfully and consistently coordinate complex project integrations within timelines and budgets required
  • Demonstrate ability to advocate for quality data practices
  • Effectively manage multiple projects at once, using strong organizational skills and focused and accurate attention to detail
  • Contribute to departmental process development; lead initiatives when applicable
  • Maintain a collaborative work style to encourage maximum contribution from all team members
  • Comply with all corporate and departmental standard operating procedures as well as FDA and other governmental regulations (e.g., IRB, EC)
  • Ensure all activities and operations are performed in compliance with regulatory and federal regulations
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Interview candidates; train and manage direct reports
  • Responsible for maintaining up to date weekly time tracking, per the Agency’s time policy
  • As a manager, responsible for ensuring direct reports maintain up to date weekly time tracking, per the Agency’s time tracking policy.
  • Based on client and internal project demands, additional duties may be assigned

Education, Experience, and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited four-year college or university or equivalent work experience 
  • 5-7 years’ experience in web technologies specifically in marketing industry preferred 
  • Advanced knowledge of software as a service (SAAS) strongly preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems required
  • Intermediate experience with highly desired
  • Experience/understanding of functional requirements preferred
  • Experience coordinating data integrations with technical staff required
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and budgets required
  • Experience in marketing and advertising preferred
  • Experience in lead generation programs and/or call center operations preferred
  • Experience working in metrics- and performance-driven environment
  • Working knowledge of analytics and performance reporting tools (i.e., SalesForce, Tableau, etc.) required
